项目摘要

本研究は、グローバル化にともない根本的な変容を迎えている集合的な排除の経験とその自助・支援の集合行為の重層的記述及びメカニズムの実証分析を通して、格差や排除をめぐる現代の社会変動の行く末を把握することを目的としている。最終年度にあたる今年度は、現代の社会変動を、脱産業社会における「新しい社会的リスク」の出現と、対応する福祉国家レジームの市場化・多元化(ソーシャル・ガヴァナンス化)と捉えたうえで、国際比較的観点から、サードセクターのありようと、グローバルな運動の関係性のメカニズムを検証した。具体的には、日本に焦点を当て、1993年東京サミット、2000年九州沖縄サミット、2008年洞爺湖サミットの際の、アクター連関を綿密に描き出したうえで、その国際比較的な特殊性を(とくに1994年ナポリ、2001年ジェノア、2009年ラクイラと比較して)、日本の運動状況、非営利・協同セクター、社会センターのナショナル・ローカルな状況と結び付けた解釈・説明をおこなった。また新しい社会的リスクの被害を直接受け、排除される現代先進国の若者の状況と主観的な経験の多様性が、サミットアクター連関のなかの「ダイレクト・アクション」グループの活動と密接に連関していることを検討した。具体的には、ダイレクト・アクショングループのデモやインフラの空間的配置と空間的移動を、5都市(ピッツバーグ、ローマ、コペンハーゲン、日本)の国際比較から検討した。
