エナメル質初期むし歯を保有し、本研究参加に同意を得られた8名において、ホームケアによる再石灰化療法を試みた。来院時毎に、口腔内写真、むし歯表層pH測定、唾液緩検査を行い、むし歯リスクが再石灰化に及ぼす影響について検討を加えた。その結果、全症例において、観察1ヶ月後よりむし歯表層pH値の上昇を認めた。一方、カリエスリスクと再石灰化との関連性は認められず、再石灰化療法中の唾液中むし歯にも顕著な変化を認めなかった。

The initial stage of the study was maintained, and the participants in this study agreed to try out the re-calcification therapy. Visit the hospital, oral photography, dental surface pH measurement, saliva buffer test, oral re-calcification and oral impact test The results showed that the pH value of the surface layer increased after 1 month of observation. The relationship between saliva and lime in one side and lime in the other side is discussed.
