外来治療を受けるがん患者の困難に対する取り組みを支援し、エンパワーメントを促進する看護援助モデルの構築を行った。研究の第一段階では、外来治療を受ける患者の取り組みと看護援助を記述した先行研究の結果をメタ統合し、理論上の看護援助モデルを作成した。第二段階では、モデルの構成要素に含まれる下位項目から質問紙を作成し、外来治療を受けるがん患者150名を対象とした質問紙調査を行った。回答の統計処理により理論上の看護援助モデルの検証を行い、患者の取り組みを支援する看護援助を明示した看護援助モデルを構築した。

The patient's difficulty in receiving external treatment is supported by the group, and the patient's difficulty in receiving external treatment is promoted by the group. The first stage of the study was to describe the results of the previous study, to integrate and theoretically to develop care assistance for patients receiving external treatment. The second stage consists of the following items: inquiry paper preparation, external treatment, inquiry paper investigation for 150 patients. Statistical processing of responses: theoretical nursing assistance; evidence collection; patient selection; support for nursing assistance; explicit nursing assistance; and construction of nursing assistance.
