项目摘要

This study has carried on with the subjects as follows.(1) To investigate on the accreditation system on law school of three accreditation organizations (Japan law foundation, National institution fir academic degrees and university education and Japan University Accreditation Association: JUAA) and understand distinctive attributes.(2) To investigate on the accreditation system on Business school and Accounting school in the United States of America as AACSB, and take hold of the trend and situation regarding the construction of accreditation system in Japan around ABFST21 and JUAA(3) To investigate on the accreditation system (including the evaluation criteria and process) on school of Public affairs and administration in the United States of America as NASPAA.(4) To suppose the scheme, outline and regulations (procedures) regarding accreditation system on graduate school of Public affairs and administration in Japan on the basis of system above.(5) To consider on the international quality assurance regarding with programs of graduate school around the United States of America and Australia and to investigate on standards and guidelines ET quality provision in cross border higher education around UNESCO/OECD.(6) To hearing to the director of graduate school of Public Ants and administration in Japan regarding with an attitude against construction of quality assurance (accreditation system)(7) Head investigate and some of investigators are participating in the establishment of accreditation organizations on school of Public affairs and administration in Japan. For that investigators are at work to translate some documents indispensable as regulations, guidelines and soon.
本研究以下列课题为对象进行。(1)考察日本法律财团、国立大学学位与大学教育机构、日本大学认证协会(JUAA)三大认证机构的法学院认证制度,了解其各自的特点。(2)考察美国AACSB商学院和会计学院的认证制度,把握ABFST 21和JUAA前后日本认证制度建设的动向和状况。(3)考察美国NASPAA公共事务管理学院的认证制度(包括评估标准和流程)。(4)在此基础上,提出日本公共管理研究生院认证制度的方案、大纲和规定(程序)。(5)考虑美国和澳大利亚研究生院课程的国际质量保证,并调查联合国教科文组织/经合组织跨境高等教育中教育技术质量提供的标准和指导方针。(6)听取了日本公共行政研究生院院长关于反对质量保证(认证制度)建设的意见(7)日本公共行政研究生院院长和部分调查员参与了认证机构的建立。为此,调查人员正在努力翻译一些不可或缺的文件,如条例、准则等。
