1.前年度に引き続き,地質学研究者への聞き取り調査を下記の通り実施した(6件):(1)猪俣道也氏(2007年7月20日,於 東京農業大学)(2)橋本光男氏(2007年7月20日,於 金沢工業大学赤坂研究所)(3)加藤誠氏(2007年11月24日,於 北海道大学総合博物館)(4)周藤賢治氏(2008年2月4日,於 新潟大学)(5)沓掛俊夫氏(2008年2月11日,於 愛知大学)(6)田崎和江氏(2008年2月28日,於 金沢大学)2.昨年度と今年度に行った聞き取り調査から得られたインタビュー記録(全10件)と研究代表者が一昨年度までに得ていた本研究と密接に係わるインタビュー記録(全7件)の,合わせて17件のインタビュー記録の分析を行った.得られた知見・成果は以下の3点にまとめられる:・抽出された価値には,「公衆の安全」「研究上の誠実さ」「(データ解釈どの)保守性」「(研究成果などの)社会への還元」などが挙げられる.・上記の価値は一般的なものだが,これらの価値の行動への反映のされ方には,地質学の特徴が出ており興味深い.例えば,「公衆の安全」では,震災予防の観点から,人々の防災意識を高めるために敢えて危険性を強調して地質調査結果を発表することがありえる.また,「研究上の誠実さ」「保守性」では,地質学がフィールド科学であることから,「調査データなどの精確な記載」「フィールドの事実の尊重」の程度が大きい.・日本地質学史の観点からは,理論や学説の受容の基準の一つとして「社会的有用性」が見られることは,1950〜60年代の日本地質学における政治的側面の影響が見て取れる,と解釈できる可能性がある.この点の分析について,今後の研究課題が与えられた.

Yesterday and this year's survey was conducted to obtain information and records.(All 10 pieces) and research representatives were selected for this study. There are three points in this article: public safety, honesty in research, conservatism in research, social welfare and social welfare. This analysis points out that future research topics are related to this issue.
