平成19年度は,本研究が予定している研究期間の最終年度にあたる.したがって,平成18年度までに準備したデータ,予備調査の結果,検討モデルを基礎として,データの解析,札幌都心歩行者流動モデルの設計,札幌都心の歩行者流動将来予測,さらに研究結果のまとめ,論文投稿の準備等を進めた.具体的には,つぎのような分析をした.1.札幌駅前再開発(駅ビル開業)前後の歩行者データから曜日・時間帯・方向別・地上地下別の歩行者構成の推定モデルの構築と,各歩行者種別の構成比パラメータの推定を行い,札幌都心の歩行者流動特性の変化を記述した.2.冬季の歩行者調査を基に,現在建設中の地下歩行空間が供用された場合の歩行者流動特性の変化を予測した.3.今後の歩行者流動調査の設計について,計測時期,計測地点,ならびに計測対象の区分追加等の提案をした.本研究全体から得られた知見の概略は以下である.1.大規模な商業拠点の単独開発は,域内の歩行者流動のうち特に平日日中と休日の歩行者数を減少させる.2.積雪寒冷地である札幌都心において,複数の商業拠点間を結ぶ地下歩行空間は,冬期間だけでなく通年の歩行者数を増加させる.これらの分析結果は日本都市計画学会学術論文誌に投稿準備中である.以上の研究成果から,コンパクトで魅力の高い都心商業地の再構成をする上でつぎの2点が課題として残った.1.歩行流動調査をよりきめ細かく,より簡便に実施するための調査手法の開発.2.コンパクトな都心職住空間の形成を目標としたとき,商業地としての魅力の増加がもたらす不経済の考察.

Heisei 19 years ago, this study is scheduled for the final year of the study period. In 2018, we prepared for the future, prepared survey results, examined the basis of the survey, analyzed data, designed the Sapporo traffic flow, predicted the future of the Sapporo traffic flow, prepared research results, prepared papers for submission, etc. 1. Proposals for the design, measurement period, measurement location, and classification of measurement objects for future pedestrian flow surveys. The findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The snow cover in Sapporo, the decrease in underground walking space between multiple commercial sites, and the increase in the number of pedestrians throughout the year during winter. The results of this analysis are in preparation for submission to the Journal of the Urban Planning Society of Japan. The above research results include two problems: 1. The development of investigation methods for in-situ flow investigation; 2. The purpose of formation of in-situ living space; 3. The increase of charm of commercial land.
