本研究では「原爆被害」と「被爆者」の意味をめぐって繰り広げられる政治的・文化的闘争について、戦後補償と被爆者援護に関する法制度、日本被団協運動と在韓被爆者運動(特に裁判闘争)、被爆者の証言行為を中心に考察した。特に、「被爆者」が法によって作られた主体位置だという点に着目しながら、日本被団協の立法運動や在韓被爆者の裁判闘争が「被爆者」や「原爆被害」の時空間的な範囲を広げてきた様相を描いた。

This study focuses on the meaning of "bomb victim" and "victim", political and cultural disputes, post-compensation and victim protection related legal system, Japanese victim association movement, victim movement in Korea (special judgment dispute) and victim testimony behavior. In particular, the "Exploded" law is divided into two parts: the main body position is divided into two parts: the legislative movement of the Japanese Exploded Association and the judgment dispute of the "Exploded" and the "Atomic Explosion".
