TTE3セルトリ細胞とTTE1ライディヒ細胞を共培養した時,セルトリ細胞において数多くの遺伝子の発現が変動した.本細胞システムにおいて,セルトリ細胞の細胞分化の指標であるトランスフェリンの発現が上昇し,細胞周期関連遺伝子であるサイクリンD1の発現が減少した.さらに,コンピューターを用いた遺伝子発現解析により,細胞間相互作用に関連するユニークな遺伝子ネットワークを明らかにした.
