This research project examines the determinants of bank lending to listed and unlisted firms by using 1993-2005 panel data. A phenomenon of increased bank lending to listed firms with unhealthy finances was observed (Unnatural selection). On the other hand, for unlisted firms, increased bank lending to firms with healthy finances was observed (Natural selection).
本研究利用1993-2005年的面板数据，考察了银行对上市公司和非上市公司贷款的决定因素。观察到银行增加对财务不健康的上市公司贷款的现象（非自然选择）。另一方面，对于未上市企业，银行对财务状况良好的企业的贷款增加了（自然选择）。
