项目摘要

平成18年度科学研究費補助金の交付を受けた研究において、我々は以下のような研究成果を得た。今年度は、資金調達における企業間信用への依存度の企業間の相違の分析と企業間の与受信行為に伴う個別企業情報生産のメカニズムの分析が中心となり、銀行による企業モニタリング機能の実体解明も行われた。具体的には3度の現地調査を行い、また企業マイクロデータによる計量経済学的分析も行った。第一の研究成果は、企業規模が従業員50〜1000人クラスの典型的な中小民営企業が量的に質的にも、企業間信用を重要な資金調達源としていることが明らかにされた。一方、大規模企業は銀行融資依存であること、従業員規模50人以下の小型企業は企業間信用において受信することも困難な傾向も確認された。この成果はワーキングペーパーとして既にまとめられ現在投稿準備中である。第二に、企業間信用を巡る個別企業情報生産には、借り手(受信)企業による関係への投資が重要な意味を持つことが、実態調査および計量分析結果より明らかにされたことである。企業間信用を重要な資金調達源と認識する借り手側企業が自身の信用を確立・保持するための様々な投資が企業間与受信に際する企業情報生産と企業間信用の発達をもたらす重要な条件となっている。この成果はワーキングペーパーとして既にまとめられ現在投稿準備中である。第三に、当初の予想に反し、銀行が融資決定に際して使用する企業情報は企業間信用ネットワークにおけるそれとは別の、銀行が独自に収集したものであることが明らかにされた。そして銀行は大企業を中心として融資先への中間的なモニタリングを重点に置いた融資審査を行うようになっている。これらの成果報告は現在ワーキングペーパーとして執筆中である。最後に中国経済に関する計量分析の方法論的基礎付けの検討も行い、この成果は既に公刊論文として公表されている。

The following research results were obtained through the delivery of the Heisei 18 Scientific Research Grant. This year, the analysis of credit dependence between enterprises and credit acceptance behavior between enterprises is carried out. Finally, the paper discusses the methodological basis of econometric analysis related to China economy, and the results of this paper are published in public.
