International survey research of Innovation Capability focused on Information sharing

通过对国际上有关创新能力的调查研究，提出了构建组织创新能力发展框架的可能性。在此基础上，发展了运营管理方法论，以体现创新的成功方法论，并对创新过程进行了研究，从而明确了创新过程导致创新成功，以及发展组织能力以实施创新过程的方法论。

As the result of international survey research focused on Innovation Capability, the possibility to describe the framework of developing organizational capability toward innovation success was presented. Furthermore, developing the methodology of operations management to embody the success methodology of innovation, the innovation process was studied so that the innovation process resulted in innovation success and the methodology to develop organizational capability to implement the process were clarified.
