Identification of the impact of regional autonomy to rural economy in Indonesia

自2001年实行区域自治以来，印尼部分地方政府成功实施了地方政策，通过优化利用地方资源促进农业发展，提高了农户的收入。地方政府通过征收新地方税等措施，增强了财政实力。与这些成功案例相比，大多数地方政府的重点是推广当地的农产品和基础设施建设，而技术传播活动相对薄弱。

Since the implementation of the regional autonomy in 2001, a part of the Indonesian local governments successfully implemented local policies which promoted agriculture by optimally using local resources and these policies resulted in the increased income of the farm households. The local governments strengthened their financial resource by the new local taxes and other measurements. Comparing to these successful cases, most local governments focused in the promotion of the local agricultural products and infrastructure constructions while technology dissemination activities were relatively weak.
