Restoration of AWA swimming stroke to activate swimming education

日本有传统的游泳方式。其中大部分起源于江户时代。但我们无法证实德岛地区是否存在这种传统的中风。传统的游泳方式对当地游泳文化的发展起着重要的作用。我们对德岛的传统游泳方式进行了研究。我们在德岛县安安市的石马岛上发现了游泳指导。通过注重实践性学习的游泳训练，将自救、避险、求生、待救、解脱等教育内容与学习传统游泳方式相结合，使他们在水中、在水中、在水中生活成为可能。

There are traditional styles of swimming in Japan. Most of these are originated during the Edo period. But we could not confirm the presence of such a traditional stroke at Tokushima region. Traditional styles of swimming play an important part in the growth of swimming culture at local area. We have researched about traditional swimming style of Tokushima. And we have found out about swimming guidance in ISHIMA Island at Anan city in Tokushima prefecture. As a result of the swimming training program with emphasis on practical learning, it is possible to integrate educational contents to keep their lives in/near the water by focusing in self-preservation, risk avoidance, survival, waiting for rescue, relief, with study of traditional style of swimming.
