项目摘要

若年者から高齢者までを対象に調査研究を行い、詳細に検討した結果、いずれの年代でも摂取食品数が少ない群ではBMIが25以上の肥満者の割合、朝食を欠食する者の割合が高かった。中高年齢者を対象とした調査では、摂取食品数の少ない群では食事摂取基準の推定平均必要量を摂取していない者の割合が高かった。また、摂取食品数が多い群では血清β-カロテン値や総コレステロール、HLDコレステロールのレベルが高く、γ-GTPのレベルが低かった。本研究により、食事の多様性は生活習慣、栄養素摂取量、生体指標、臨床検査値と関連することが明らかになったことから、特に中高年齢者の健康維持、疾病予防に寄与することが示唆される

If the age is higher, the number of foods selected is lower, the BMI is higher than 25, and the number of foods selected is higher.
