I major as a Germanist in intercultural studies-a fusion of literary studies and cultural studies, throwing an objective light on 'food'. Food rituals in modern and postmodern urban civilization is to investigate the relationship between the changes resulting from urbanization and those of the deeds, symbolism, mentality and aesthetics surrounding 'food', mainly on the basis of the reading of literary works. My research of this is worthy of attention and it contributes to the understanding of the changes to the social environments in the age of globalization.

我是一名德语学者，主修跨文化研究--文学研究和文化研究的融合，对“食物”给予客观的理解。现代与后现代城市文明中的食礼，主要是以文学作品的阅读为基础，考察城市化进程中的变化与围绕“食”的行为、象征、心理和审美之间的关系。我对这一问题的研究值得关注，它有助于理解全球化时代社会环境的变化。
