Food rituals in modern and postmodern urban civilization on the basis of German literature

我的专业是德国人的跨文化研究--文学研究和文化研究的融合，客观地揭示了“食物”。现代和后现代城市文明中的饮食仪式，主要是在阅读文学作品的基础上，考察城市化带来的变化与围绕饮食的行为、象征、心理和美学的关系。笔者对此的研究是值得关注的，有助于理解全球化时代社会环境的变化。

I major as a Germanist in intercultural studies-a fusion of literary studies and cultural studies, throwing an objective light on 'food'. Food rituals in modern and postmodern urban civilization is to investigate the relationship between the changes resulting from urbanization and those of the deeds, symbolism, mentality and aesthetics surrounding 'food', mainly on the basis of the reading of literary works. My research of this is worthy of attention and it contributes to the understanding of the changes to the social environments in the age of globalization.
