Research inside Japan confirmed the differences between foreign and domestic tourists and the importance of strategies to promote inbound tourism. On the other hands, problems concerning the creation of wider tourism areas and the management of tourism resources also appeared. Research in Germany confirmed the diversification of tourism styles and the differences in revitalization strategies and tasks of tourism destinations according to their condition of site.

日本国内的研究证实了外国游客和国内游客之间的差异以及促进入境旅游战略的重要性。另一方面，也出现了关于建立更广泛的旅游区和旅游资源管理的问题。德国的研究证实了旅游类型的多样化以及旅游目的地根据其场地条件的不同而在振兴战略和任务方面的差异。
