Research on the Needs of Families of Young Children with Disabilities

在本研究中，取得的成果有以下四点。(1)本研究以美国的《家庭需要调查》为基础，开发了《家庭需要调查》日文版。(2)我们分析了实施“家庭需求调查日文版”的好处和挑战。服务提供者和家庭都认为，这项调查有助于建立互信和基于共识的计划支持计划（3）为了澄清美国个性化家庭服务计划的规划过程，我们采访了美国的社工(4)为了阐明家庭需求的差异，由于损伤的严重程度和残疾的特点，我们分析了家庭的需求评估的结果。

In this study, the results obtained for the following four points.(1) Based on Family Needs Survey developed in the U.S, we developed "Family Needs Survey Japanese version".(2) We analyzed the benefits and challenges of implementing the "Family Needs Survey Japanese version". Both service providers and families concluded that the survey is useful for building mutual trust and planning support plan based consensus(3) In order to clarify the planning process of the individualized family service plan in the U.S., we conducted interviews with social workers in the U.S.(4) In order to clarify the differences in family needs due to the severity of impairment and disability characteristics, we analyzed the results of a needs assessment by the families.
