Study on School Consolidation and Complex of School Facilities in Community

本研究通过分析学校与社区关系的演变过程，阐明了社区赋予学校的各种意义。为了实现这一目标，我们选择了包括学校合并地区（如南山城村、京都）在内的几个地区或正在实施这类计划的地区作为研究领域，重点研究了与学校建筑有关的问题，如废弃学校建筑的利用和学校-社区设施综合体。

This study clarified that communities have been giving various meanings to schools by analyzing the processes that the relationship between schools and communities changes. To achieve such purposes, choosing several areas including districts that schools are consolidated (such as Minamiyamashiro village, Kyoto) or such plans are under way as research fields, we have focus on the issues related to school architecture such as utilization of abolished school architecture and school-community complex of facilities.
