強磁性(FM)/非磁性(NM)あるいは強磁性(FM)/反強磁性(AF)界面における電子状態と磁気構造を明らかにする目的で、磁気モーメントのノンコリニア配列とスピン軌道相互作用の両者を効果を考慮した電子状態計算プログラムを作成した。本手法により、任意の磁気構造の予測とその安定性、および結晶磁気異方性エネルギーなどの評価が可能となった。
