レーザー透過放熱体利用の樹脂溶着技術において、COレーザーにより0.5mm厚のPFAフィルムが、溶融一体化されることを確認した。部材最表面から溶融深さを確認した結果0.75mm であったのでこの肉厚までの重ね合せ溶着は可能である。さらに、PFA とPTFE との溶着、および、その他のエンプラ素材(PC,PET,POM,PBT)についてもCO レーザーの適用性を検討し、それぞれ溶着が可能であることを確認した。
