道路利用者に提供する所要時間等情報システムを構築し、そのシステムを活用して利用者に時差出勤等環境にやさしい交通行動への転換を促す可能性の検討を目的とした。履歴データを基に曜日・時間帯等の影響を分析して道路交通所要時間情報提供システムを構築した。また、アンケート調査を行い利用実態・ニーズ・期待される効果等を分析した。さらに、モニター調査によってシステム利用の有無による評価の変化や改善の方向性を検討した。
