熱帯夜静穏時における臨海部の風環境と暑熱環境の実態について、東京湾の持つ署熱環境緩和効果に着目して現象把握のための観測調査を実施したものである。これまで風系の扱いとして、夜間には陸風が一般的な考察対象であったが、夜間静穏時における海からの冷涼な微風の活用に着目したところが本研究の特徴である。ヒートアイランド現象がより深刻化すると懸念される夜間静穏時における海からの微風とその署熱環境緩和効果として、風速0.2~0.7m/s程度、0.6K~0.7K程度の気温低下を明らかにした。

During the night, the wind and heat conditions in the coastal area were investigated, and the effects of thermal environment mitigation in Tokyo Bay were observed. The characteristics of this study are as follows: wind system in the middle of the night, land wind in the evening, general observation object, sea cool breeze in the evening, etc. The phenomenon of heat and humidity is becoming more and more serious, and the wind speed is 0.2~0.7m/s, the temperature is 0.6K~0.7K, and the temperature is lower.
