根治的な治療方法が確立されていない慢性閉塞性肺疾患(COPD)を始めとする多くの呼吸器疾患に対して肺構成細胞の再生治療は『既存の肺構造の破壊』に対する治療ストラテジーの一つとして重要な課題である。我々は線維芽細胞株と薬剤誘導遺伝子発現システムを組み合わせてinduced pluripotent stem (iPS)細胞の樹立を試み安定した細胞株の樹立と肺構成細胞の分化機序を検討した。
