脳血管障害から認知症に至る危険因子とアルツハイマー病関連因子との相互作用を認知機能と遺伝子から解明した。認知機能検査では、脳血管障害の論理的記憶の「記憶錯誤」と、アルツハイマー病の単語再認の「虚再認」とを検討し、記憶機能の詳細を明らかにした。脳血管障害のDNA検体のPPP2R2B遺伝子のSNPs解析では、アルツハイマー病と共通してPPP2R2Bがリスク遺伝子であるという結果であった。

It is known that the computer can record the information of vascular disorders, the memory of the disease is wrong, the patients of the disease are recognized as false, and the machine is able to verify the information. The SNPs analysis of vascular disorders caused by DNA, PPP2R2B, and diseases is common. The results show that the disease is common to PPP2R2B patients.
