Inflammation lets mucin in the respiratory duct increase,but does not understand whether expression of mucin comes under what kind of influence by abnormal body temperature. First of all, I clarified relations of inflammation and body temperature. It is known that we have cytoprotective protection effect for aggression in heat shock protein (HSP). I made a rat endotoxin shock model and examined protection effect when I induced HSP. As s result, it was recognized that HSP was induced by adding heat stress (42℃15minutes), and inhibited inflammation significantly, and improved the survival rate. I will push forward study about body temperature and relations with expression of mucin more in future.
