前癌病変の発癌予測や早期癌の発見のために、本研究ではエネルギー代謝関連遺伝子群に注目した。口腔癌細胞株とヒトケラチノサイトを用いたマイクロアレイ解析とreal time PCR法を行い、発現状態の一致していたエネルギー代謝関連遺伝子の内、AMPKファミリーに注目した。そのうち、ネットワーク解析で、有意なネットワークを形成するPRKAA1、PRKAA2、PRKAB1、PRKAB2、PRKAG1、PRKAG2を同定した。

This study focuses on the detection of pre-cancer and early cancer development. Oral cancer cell lines were analyzed by real-time PCR, and their development status was consistent with that of metabolic related genes. PRKAA1, PRKAA2, PRKAB1, PRKAB2, PRKAG1, PRKAG2 are the same.
