本研究において、高等教育交流が、大学組織及び管理運営に与える影響を、機会とリスクの観点から実証的に分析することを試みた結果、高等教育機関内部において、(1) 欧州や北欧といった地域レベルでの高等教育交流の拡大とともに設置が進められた国際交流業務担当部署の位置づけが2000年以降変化しつつあること、(2) その変化には、主として普遍化と戦略化という、一見、矛盾するようにも見える傾向があること、が明らかになった。

This study focuses on higher education exchange, university organization and management, and the impact, opportunities, and points of evidence of the results of the trial, the internal aspects of higher education institutions,(1) Europe and Northern Europe, the regional aspects of higher education exchange, and the location of international exchange operations.(2) The main trend of change is to generalize, to reduce, to see, to see.
