NC工作機械の多軸化・複合化は,近年の工作機械の技術的発展の重要なキーワードのひとつである.多軸制御加工機は直進軸・回転軸が直列に積み重なる構造となるため,各軸の誤差,軸間の相対的誤差が累積し,従来の加工機と比較して加工精度を出しにくい構造であると言える.本研究では,最初に多軸制御加工機に含まれる誤差要因を体系的にモデル化し,それらが加工物の形状精度に及ぼす影響を定量的に評価できるシミュレータを構築した.それを基礎として,加工試験によって多軸制御加工機の誤差要因を定量的に診断するための方法を構築した.
NC working machinery is becoming more and more complex. In recent years, there has been an important exhibition of working machinery and technology. The multi-control processing machine has a direct response to the in-line production of the machine, the error of each machine, the difference between the two, and the accuracy of the processing machine. in order to compare the machining accuracy of the processing machine, the accuracy of the processing machine is improved. In this study, at the beginning of the multi-purpose processing machine, the difference is due to the accuracy of the system, the shape accuracy of the machined products and the quantitative measurement of the accuracy of the machined products. On the basis of the system, the error of the multi-purpose processing machine is mainly due to the quantitative monitoring method.
