Research on the appropriate lighting for the grooming behavior in houses

本研究旨在确定适合梳理行为的光照条件。首先，我们调查了梳理行为。接下来，我们对照明环境、面部照度的变化条件、光线颜色、镜子的照明位置进行了主观实验。随后，被试分别对底妆和点妆的“面部亮度”、“面部特征可见性”、“阴影可见性”、“灯光眩光”、“眩光不适”、“阴影恼人”、“任务表现”和“满意度”进行评价。结果表明，当面部照度为800 lx时，化妆的光照条件最好，且镜子的光照位置在基底和点状均为4面。

This study aims to determine the appropriate lighting conditions for grooming behavior. At first, we surveyed on the grooming behavior. Next, we conducted the subjective experiment on the lighting environment, varying conditions of the illuminance on face, the light color, and the lighting position of the mirror. Afterwards, subjects evaluated "Brightness of one's face", "Visibility of features of one's face", "Visibility of the shadow", "Glare of lighting", "Discomfort of glare", "Annoyance of shadow", "Task performance", and "Satisfaction" in both base-makeup and point-makeup. As a result, the lighting condition for makeup was best among all conditions in this experiment, when the illuminance on face was 800 lx, and when the lighting position of mirror was all 4 sides in both base-make and point-make.
