Based on previous theoretical investigations we want to perform a thorough numerical analysis and an implementation of an efficient and robust solver for the system describing the flow of generalized Newtonian fluids and electrorheological fluids. We combine the expertise in the numerical and theoretical analysis of generalized Newtonian and electrorheological fluids with the expertise in computational fluid dynamics.
