Participation problem in fiscal competition

本研究课题分析了财政竞争中的参与问题。研究的问题是：（一）资本税竞争模型中税收工具的内源性选择，（二）两个竞争区域的增长模型中的财政均衡和区域间趋同，以及（三）在全球市场中对私有化和外国投资限制的选择。每个研究主题都得出了理论结论和政策含义。

This research project analyzes a participation problem in fiscal competition. The issues examined are (i) an endogenous choice of tax instruments in a capital tax competition model, (ii) fiscal equalization and interregional convergence in a growth model with two competing regions, and (iii) a choice on privatization and restrictions on foreign investment in a global market. Theoretical findings and policy implication are derived in each research topics.
