応用一般均衡モデルという手法を利用し、日本における二酸化炭素排出規制の経済的効果について分析をおこなった。分析により、(1)応用一般均衡モデルによる排出規制の分析において、新エネルギー、新技術を考慮することの重要性、(2)日本から中国への技術移転における問題点、(3)日本の温室効果ガス削減の中期目標設定における様々な選択肢の経済的効果について明らかにすることができた。

The general equilibrium method was used to analyze the effects of carbon dioxide emission regulation. The analysis includes: (1) the importance of consideration of new technologies and new technologies in the analysis of emission regulation using general equilibrium;(2) the problem of technology transfer in Japan and China;(3) the problem of medium term target setting for greenhouse effect reduction in Japan; and (4) the problem of selecting the effect of greenhouse effect.
