项目摘要

現在，団塊世代の教職員の大量退職に伴い，教員志望の学生に対して，教員として必要な資質能力を確実に身につけさせることが喫緊の課題として存在しており，その課題を解消する取り組みとして学校現場における体験活動「学校インターンシップ」の充実が求められている。本研究は，共創的越境（異なる立場・視点を持つ人達が，互いの異質性を尊重し，積極的に相互交流を行う交流のあり方）を可能にする学校インターンシップの実施体制モデルの構築を目的としている。本研究は3つに分かれている。研究1は，全国の教員養成大学・学部の学校インターンシップの実施体制と課題の調査研究である。研究2は，共創的越境を可能にする学校インターンシップの実施体制モデルの構築に関する研究である。研究3は，共創的越境を可能にする学校インターンシップの実施体制モデルの効果検証である。令和4年度は，A大学とA市教育委員会の協力のもと，共創的越境を可能にする学校インターンシップの実施体制モデルの効果検証をおこなった。その結果，共創的越境を可能にする学校インターンシップの実施体制は，参加学生，学校園の教員，大学と教育委員会の担当者が互いのニーズと成果を認識・尊重した上で交流することを可能にし，学校インターンシップの互恵性を構築することにつながることが明らかになった。また，この互恵性は，「参加学生と学校園との間の互恵性」と「大学と教育委員会の間の互恵性」という2つの側面から評価されうることが明らかになった。

In 2004, A University and A City Education Committee cooperated to create a cross-border school implementation system. As a result, the school's implementation system, the participation of students, the school's teachers, the university and the responsible person of the education committee, the mutual understanding, respect and exchange of results, the possibility of the school's interaction, the construction of the school's interaction "Students participating in the school campus and the interrelationship between the university and the education committee" and "the interrelationship between the university and the education committee" and "the university and the education committee".
