本研究ではアジアの学校の美術教育と音楽教育においてどのように現在の国民文化が形成されてきたかを、地元の文化、海外からの影響、学校教育の政策および実践などの観点から、美術教育では福田の四層構造モデル、音楽教育ではカムワンガマルの言語とアイデンティティのモデルを用いて検証してきた。令和４年度は年度前半にどちらの分野でもインドネシアでの実地調査を計画していたが、パンデミックが収束しなかったため、インドネシアの大学教員に依頼して入手したインドネシアのカリキュラムと教科書の分析、日本滞在中のインドネシアの教育関係者への聞き取り調査によって研究を進める一方、これまでに得られた調査結果に基づく成果を口頭および論文にて発表した。音楽教育分野に関しては、令和4年7月17日から22日にオンラインで開催された国際学会第35回World Conference of the International Society for Music EducationのPost Colonial Music Educationのセッションに石井が参加し、台湾と韓国の戦後学校音楽教育に見られる国民音楽文化の形成について、それぞれ日本の植民地としての共通の体験をもちながら、どのように異なる国民音楽文化形成の選択をしたかを口頭発表したほか、インドネシアとシンガポールをカムワンガマルモデルを用いて分析した論文と、インドネシアの中学校音楽教科書分析の論文（福田との共著）を発表した。美術教育分野に関しては、福田が、上記の石井との共著論文のほか、大学美術教育学会誌の査読付き論文として、インドネシアの美術教科書教材を四層構造を用いて分析した「インドネシアにおける中学校美術教育と独自文化」を発表した。

This study is to examine the formation of the present national culture, geographical culture, overseas influence, school education policy, art education, four-layer structure, and music education. In the first half of 2004, the Japanese government began to analyze textbooks and educational relations between Japan and China. The results of this investigation are based on the results of the investigation. The 35th World Conference of the International Society for Music Education Post Colonial Music Education was held on July 17, 2004. Ishii attended the 35th World Conference of the International Society for Music Education, which was held on July 22, 2004. The selection and development of national music culture in different countries are discussed in this paper. Art Education Division, Fukuda, Ishii, and the University Art Education Association jointly published papers on the use of four-layer structure analysis of art textbooks, and "the development of art education in secondary schools alone culture"
