Diarrhea is the common disease for small children and caregivers. What kind of care will children provide for the caregivers at the time of diarrhea in each home.What kind of guidance would the caregivers receive at the pediatrics. Were the caregivers able to completely practice it in each home.We investigated the self-assessment of the caregivers about these questions. On the other hand, we interviewed contents of the care to some pediatric nurses. We found some gaps between the guidance of medical professional and the practice by caregivers. The caregivers recognized need of the care, but some items were not able to do practice. The nurse with the carrier in pediatric office recognized the presence of the problem caregivers. We referred to these results, and produced a care model for trial.

腹泻是幼儿和看护者的常见病。在每个家庭腹泻时，儿童将为照顾者提供什么样的护理。照顾者在儿科会得到什么样的指导。照顾者是否能在每个家庭中完全实践，我们调查了照顾者对这些问题的自我评估。另一方面，对部分儿科护士进行护理内容的访谈。我们发现医疗专业人员的指导和照顾者的实践之间存在一些差距。护理人员认识到护理的需要，但有些项目无法进行实践。儿科办公室的护士与承运人认识到存在的问题照顾者。我们参考这些结果，并制作了一个护理模式进行试验。
