本研究の目的は認知症ケアのアウトカム評価方法の妥当性を検証することである。方法は専門家や実践者からの内容妥当性の検討及び文献から評価方法の標準化を行い、ケアの現場における認知症高齢者に対してアウトカム評価票の使用調査を行った。結果、評価項目のクロンバックα係数は0.83-0.85であり、アウトカム変化率も同様の結果を得られ、ケアとの関連分析も可能であった。さらに、評価項目の重み付け得点化も行った。

The purpose of this study is to understand the symptoms of the disease and to find out the appropriate methods. Methods the content appropriateness test and literature review methods were used to standardize the content of the patients with high knowledge of the disease. Results: the results showed that there were no significant differences between 0.83 and 0.85 in the project, and the rate of infection was the same as that in the results. It is necessary to pay more attention to the details of the project.
