準慢性呼吸不全患者を対象に健康状態と気象要因との関連を調査した結果,日平均気温(外気温)が高く日平均気圧が低いと身体の調子が悪いと回答する割合が高くなる傾向が見られたが,個人ごとの夜間時間帯の寝室温度との関連では逆の結果が観察された。今後は1日を通した正確な温度曝露の評価と客観的な指標を追加した解析が必要である。
