東海大学海洋科学博物館、山梨県立歴史博物館、東海大学自然史博物館、日本科学未来館で、観覧者の行動追跡調査、アンケート調査(事後調査を含む)、聞取り調査を実施した。これらの調査から観覧行動(観覧時間や観覧回数)が観覧効果の指標となることを示唆していると考えられた。
