本研究は、映像コンテンツ産業におけるNPO(非営利組織)と、NPO・行政・企業・住民の複数利害関係者の参加によるPPP(公民協働事業体)及びその支援機関にかかる、権利・契約管理及び関連する振興政策と協働経営、そしてこれらの評価システムについて、産業ビジネス観・文化芸術観・社会エンパワメント観という3つの世界観及びそれらの調和バランスとを関係づけながら、理論と実証の両面から総合的多角的に解明する国際比較研究として行ったものである。
