本研究課題では、定年退職を迎えた中高年者がどのように生活を変化させていくことが心理的健康を維持・増進するのかについて、「国立長寿医療研究センター・老化に関する長期縦断疫学研究(NILS-LSA)」の縦断データを用いて検討することを目的とした。1. 具体的内容:平成22年度には、(1)縦断調査データの収集、(2)定年退職者の縦断データベースの構築、(3)定年退職後の就労が心理的健康に及ぼす影響に関する分析、(4)研究発表を行った。(1)縦断調査データの収集:NILS-LSAの第6次調査として、半構造化面接及び自記式調査票により、データ収集を行った。(2)定年退職者の縦断データベースの構築:(1)のデータを含む、定年退職経験者の縦断データベースを構築した。NILS-LSA(第2次調査～第6次調査)の参加者のうち、(a)いずれかの調査で過去2年以内の定年退職経験を報告し、(b)その2年前の調査にも参加していた定年退職経験者は237名であった。(3)定年退職後の就労が心理的健康に及ぼす影響に関する分析:定年退職後の過ごし方として「退職後も働き続けるかどうか」に着目し、定年退職後の就労の有無が、定年退職前後における心理的健康の変化に与える影響を検討した。その結果、定年退職後も仕事を持つ男性では、定年退職の前から後にかけて情報処理能力が向上していたが、定年退職後無職の男性ではその変化は認められなかった。一方で、生活満足度は、定年退職後有職の男性では変化がなかったが、定年退職後で仕事を辞めた男性では、定年退職の前から後にかけて向上していた。(4)研究発表:上述の結果について、学会発表を行い、論文を執筆した。2. 意義・重要性:定年退職を迎える者にとって「退職後も働き続けるかどうか」は、重要な選択である。定年退職後の就労の有無と、情報処理の能力や生活満足感との関連を示す今回の結果は、定年退職後の過ごし方が、定年退職前後の心身の状態に影響する可能性を示唆する点で意義深いと考えられる。

This research topic is aimed at improving the life of middle-aged and elderly people, maintaining and improving mental health, and exploring the application of the National Longevity Medical Research Center for Long-term Epidemiology Research on Aging (NILS-LSA). 1. Specific contents: (1) Collection of survey data,(2) Construction of survey data for retired persons,(3) Analysis of mental health and psychological impact after retirement,(4) Research and development. (1)The sixth survey of NILS-LSA was carried out in a semi-structured and self-recording survey. (2)The structure of the system for the retirement of fixed age workers:(1) The system for the retirement of fixed age workers includes: The number of participants in NILS-LSA(2nd to 6th surveys):(a) the number of participants in NILS-LSA(2nd to 6th surveys);(b) the number of participants in NILS-LSA (2nd to 6th surveys); and (c) the number of participants in NILS-LSA (2nd to 6th surveys). (3)Analysis on mental health and its influence after retirement at fixed age: To investigate the influence of mental health before and after retirement at fixed age. The result is that after retirement, the official position is maintained, and the information processing ability is improved. After retirement, the official position is recognized. One side, life is full, after the retirement of the fixed year, there is a job for the male, after the retirement of the fixed year, the official is resigned for the male, before the retirement of the fixed year, the upward movement. (4)Research report: The results mentioned above are included in the research report, the research report is included in the research report, and the paper is written. 2. Meaning·Importance: Retire at a fixed age, welcome to retire, important to choose. The relationship between information processing ability and life satisfaction after retirement at a fixed age shows the results of retirement at a fixed age and the possibility of influence on mental state before and after retirement at a fixed age.
