本研究は、病気の子どもを育む家族を支援する地域連携パスを開発していく第一歩として、「地域連携パスを志向した協働型の家族支援プログラム」の開発を目的とした。本年度は、以下の調査を行い、分析・まとめを行っている。1. 保健師を対象とした面接調査では、医療的ケアが必要なこども、NICUを退院した子どもを中心として、他機関、他職種と連携して行った家族支援、および困難な事柄に焦点をあてた調査を行った。2. 養護教諭を対象した面接調査では、先駆的な取り組みをしている養護教諭を対象に、慢性疾患を持つ子どもを中心として、他の教員、医師、看護職と連携して行った家族支援、および困難事柄に焦点をあてた。3. アンケート調査:(1)乳幼児用と(2)小学校・中学校・高校生の子どもを育む家族用の2種類を作成した(5段階のリッカートスケール-2点～+2点を用いた質問項目・自由記載で構成)。1型糖尿病の子どもを育む家族を対象に調査した結果、回答数154通(回収率21.7%)であり、有効回答数は153通であった。(1)乳幼児用;18通のうち有効回答数は17通であり、子どもを育てていく中で最も困っているものは「子どもの将来のこと」(平均=0.47, SD=1.09)であり、手どもを育てていく中で専門職(医師・看護師・栄養士・保健師・何育園や幼稚園の先生など)に求める支援として「病気や療養法に関する、新しい情報や勉強のお知らせをしてほしい」(平均=1.29, SD=0.94)が最も多かった。(2)小学校・中学校・高校生用;有効回答数136通であり、子どもを育てていく中で専門職(医師・看護師・栄養士・保健師・保育園や幼稚園の先生など)に求める支援として「病気や療養法に関する、新しい情報や勉強会のお知らせをしてほしい」や「学校関係者が子どもの緊急時に対応できるように、体制を整えてほしい」「子ども、親が困った時いつでも相談できる方法、窓口の確立」などが明らかになった。分析結果に基づき、病児を育む家族を支援する地域連携パスを志向した支援を提案する。
