项目摘要

若年妊婦に対する心理社会的支援を行うためのe-learningプログラム内容を検討した。本プログラムによって若年妊婦が「妊娠に関する基本的知識・理解の充実」や「妊娠に対するポジティブ化」、「出産・育児のイメージ化」ができることを目標に、プログラム作成に取り掛かった。妊娠中の母体の変化や胎児の成長・発達、妊娠中の異常などについて情報提供し、妊婦自身が健康管理を実施できるよう考慮した。若年妊婦の約９割が計画外の妊娠であり、妊娠イベントに適応する中で不安や葛藤が大きいことから、単に身体面のみの情報提供ではなく、心理・社会的なフォローも必要である。若年で妊娠をした女性がどのような心理変化を辿っているか、どのような支援を求めているかについても、研究者自身が実施した研究（若手研究（B）課題番号19791699）、および若年妊婦に関連した先行研究をもとに情報提供をすることとした。情報提供の方法として、妊娠週数の各週で母体や胎児に関する情報を毎週配信し、その妊娠週数の時期に妊婦が気を付けるべき身体の症状やマイナートラブルの解消方法が分かるようにした。また、母親としての意識を徐々に高めていけるよう、胎児の現在の発達状態を説明し、お腹の中の我が子をイメージしやすくするよう心掛けた。若年妊婦は妊娠中の体重管理状況が悪いことが指摘されているため、自身の体重推移が可視化できるようにし、意識づけを行うこととした。本研究を進めるにあたりWebサイトの専門家との話し合いを行った。「スマートフォン/ケータイ利用動向調査2013」によると、10代女性のスマートフォン利用率は47.6％であり、急激に普及が広がっている背景を考慮し、スマートフォンで展開するアプリケーション作成について検討した結果、上記のプログラム展開は実施可能であることを確認した。
