项目摘要

20年度は、以下の2つの主題について研究を行なった。(1)異質な個人が存在する経済での消費の外部性の効果初期資産と選好の異なる2グループの個人が存在する経済において、グループ内の消費の外部性とグループ間のそれとの経済に与える影響を分析している。代表的個人モデルにおいて、消費の外部性が経済に与える影響は量的な効果のみで、質的な効果が観察されないことが知られているが、異質な個人が存在し、かつ、グループ間の消費の外部性を考慮した場合、経済の安定性に与える質的な効果を観察した。この研究は、論文"Consumption Externalities and Equilibrium Dynamics with Heterogenous Agents"(大阪大学大学院経済学研究科三野和雄教授と共著)としてまとめた。(2)環境の外部性を含む小国開放経済下での環境補助政策が再生可能資源及び経済に与える影響木や魚に代表される再生可能資源を用いた小国開放経済において、環境保護への投資補助政策の効果を分析している。その研究の中で、次の2つのことを示した。1点目は、一時的な環境補助政策を行なった場合、経済の長期的な均衡の資源の量は政策導入前よりも枯渇方向にいつも向かうことである。2点目は、再生可能資源の再生率を家計が正しく認識しない環境の外部性が存在する場合、最適な環境税政策は、環境資源への税政策に加え所得税が必要である。この研究は、論文"Dynamic analysis of a renewable resource in a small open economy:The role of government subsidy policy for the environment"(大阪大学大学院経済学研究科二神孝一教授と共著)としてまとめた。
