これまでに第1の目的である、社会的スキル訓練および機能的アセスメントを用いた介入プログラムの効果の検討を終了した。また、第2の目的である教師トレーニングについては、米国オレゴン大学の研究者の協力の下でプログラムを完成するに至った。本年度は第2の目的である教師トレーニングプログラムを実施すること、第3の目的であるプログラムの長期的効果と将来の不適応の予防可能性を検討することを予定していた。まず、多動を示す児童を担任する小学校の教師を対象に、機能的アセスメントについての教師トレーニングおよび行動コンサルテーションを実施した。その後、トレーニングを受けた教師が実際に学校で児童を対象に介入を行った。トレーニングおよび教師による介入の結果、多動を示していた児童の友人および教師に対する対人行動が改善し、また離席の回数も減少していた。プログラムの長期的効果と将来の不適応の予防可能性については来年度以降にデータを収集する予定である。これらの研究結果は、教師の多動を示す児童に対する行動が教師トレーニングによって変容可能であること、さらに教師の対応を変容することで多動を示す児童の対人行動が改善可能であることを示した点が重要である。今後は特別支援教育の場面でさらに多くの教師を対象として教師トレーニングを実施し、児童の対人行動改善のための具体的な方法を普及していきたいと考えている。本年度新たに得られた研究結果については、国内外の学会発表および論文投稿を通じて報告をする予定である。
