Today, the higher education and its degree system are required to meet the needs of internationalization/globalization, and the reforms are carried out not only in the developed countries but also in developing ones. This research examined two cases : the Asian countries of former French Indo-Chine region who are in the big movement of reform of education, and European countries moving towards a harmonization of higher education system, and we could confirm that the education system should not be analyzed in itself, but together with the various factors such as the labor market, the industrial circles, the history of each country.

今天，高等教育及其学位制度需要适应国际化/全球化的需要，不仅发达国家正在进行改革，发展中国家也在进行改革。本研究考察了两个案例：处于教育改革大运动中的前法属印度支那地区的亚洲国家和正在走向高等教育制度协调的欧洲国家，可以肯定的是，不应该单独分析教育制度本身，而是应该结合劳动力市场、工业界、各国的历史等各种因素来分析教育制度。
