Communication Science Study on the Improvement of Quality Creating System of Manufacturers in the Period of Increasing Irregular Employment

本研究以琦玉县西部地区的中小制造企业为研究对象，对组织内沟通在制造企业质量创造活动中的作用进行了实地调查。用IFM（Interacting Field Model）对结果进行了分析。通过引入通信状态空间的概念和状态差异矩阵的可视化表达，对个体群体的通信状态进行了分类，并对每个典型实例进行了研究，作为适合于中小制造企业研究的研究指标。

A field research has been performed for small and medium manufacturers in the western region of Saitama Prefecture to investigate on the role of intra-organizational communication in the quality creating activities of manufacturers. The results were analyzed with IFM (Interacting Field Model). The communication states of groups of individuals were classified and each typical example has been investigated with a concept of communication state space, and a visualized expression of elementary state difference matrix, introduced as the research indices suitable to the research on small and medium manufacturers.
