A Study on a Development of a Model Applicable to the Analysis of the Relation between Quality Competence and Intra-organizational Communication at a Manufacturer

主要课题是通过分析某制造企业的组织内部沟通，对质量创造管理进行动态研究。调查了日本本地制造商的中小型制造工厂一年的质量创造活动和组织内沟通活动的变化，以及全球活跃制造商的大型制造工厂10年的变化。结果如下：(1)质量创造活动与组织内沟通活动之间关系的动态特征可分为几种类型。(2)组织内沟通状态的观察为质量创造管理的改进提供了有效的诊断，普遍适用于各类制造企业。

The major subject is a dynamic research on quality-creating management by analyzing intra-organizational communication at a manufacturer. Changes for one year of quality-creating activity and of intra-organizational communication activity for small and medium-sized manufacturing plants of local manufacturers in Japan are investigated and also changes for 10 years large-scale manufacturing plants of worldwide active manufacturers. The following results are presented. (1) The dynamic features of the relation between quality-creating activity and intra-organizational communication activity can be classified into several types. (2) The observation of intra-organizational communication state gives the effective diagnostics for the improvement of quality-creating management, which is universally applicable to various types of manufacturers.
