Research on new actors to solve the social problems of Super-aged society

It is getting difficult more and more to maintain local communities and support seniors' lives because of development of super-aging. On that account, reorganization of local communities support for local communities by autonomous body has strengthened.In two autonomous bodies, they both set community centers per small regions to build the structure for support of residents' autonomous works in detail. Non territorial organizations such as NPO is covering life issues in aged local communities partially, however, they have not played rolls as supplemental functions completely.
