The chemical stable metal phthalocyanines (MPcs) catalysts were highly dispersed on the gas diffusion carbon electrodes by neutralization deposition methods which used monomeric MPcs dissolved in organic acid solution. The FePc, CoPc with α phase crystal structures showed high activities toward oxygen reduction reaction rather than other MPcs. Moreover, the mix of difference kind of MPcs affect to enhance catalytic activities.
