Multiphase Computational method to predict the interaction between flooded flows and deformation or transportation of solid bodies

已经开发了一种计算方法来预测由于洪水和海啸引起的三维自由表面流动而导致的大型物体（如岩石，船舶和建筑物碎片）的移动。为此，提出了一个新的多相模型来处理气、液、固三相。在基于高性能计算算法的计算方案中实现了所提模型，并与实验结果进行了对比验证。特别是，1)建立了三维模型，引入了一些并行计算方法；2)对自由表面流对固体物体的运移进行了多次实验。

A computational method has been developed to predict the transportation of large-scale objects, such as rocks, ships and debris of buildings, due to the 3D free-surface flows caused by flood and Tsunami. For this purpose, a new multiphase model was proposed to deal with gas, liquid and solid phases. In addition, the proposed model was implemented in a computational scheme based on high-performance computing algorithms and the method was verified by the comparisons with experimental results. In particular, 1) the development of 3D models and the introduction of some parallel computation methods were performed, and 2) multiple experiments were conducted regarding the transportation of solid objects by free surface flows.
